Arms of France Fireback

Reminder plate that says Seul contre Tous, or "all against one". It symbolizes the French battle against the European coalition at the end of the 17th century. The coalition tried to restrict the power of the French King Louis the 14th. William III, supported by British and Spanish troops, was an important opponent.
